Lantaw Ticket · towing and impound Concept
“Where is my car?”
Answered online.
Today a towed car means a phone call to find out who took it, a trip to an office to pay, and a second trip to the lot. Fees grow every day while the owner works out where to go. This is the same towed car with one page: find it by plate, see exactly what is owed, pay online, and pick it up with a QR release.
Was your vehicle towed?
Find out where it is and what is owed.
Why two fields? So only the person holding the receipt can see where a car is. A plate number alone shows nothing.

For the owner
- Finds
Plate plus tow receipt shows the car. Who towed it, from where, and which lot it is in. No call to a hotline, no guessing whether the city or someone else took it.
- Sees
Every peso, itemised. Fine, towing and storage, with tomorrow’s amount shown before it happens. Nothing to negotiate, nothing to pay in cash.
- Pays
Online, before leaving home. GCash, Maya, card or bank. The release is issued the moment payment clears.
- Collects
A QR release at the gate. The gate scans it, checks the papers, and the car leaves. One trip, not two.
- Checks
The photos from before the tow. Damage claims are settled against the same pictures the crew took, which protects honest crews as much as owners.
For the office
The same records, seen from the lot: what is in it, for how long, what is owed, what has been paid, and what is close to auction.
| Plate | In since | Owed | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| ABC 4521 | 34 days | ₱5,060 | Auction 2 Nov |
| 321 MKH | 29 days | ₱3,820 | Letter sent |
| NBC 1234 | 2 days | ₱2,660 | Paid · release |
| DAE 3390 | 1 day | ₱2,580 | In lot |
Reconciliation, September: towing units logged 312 tows; the cashier received payment for 298 releases, and the other 14 are still in the lot. 0 unexplained.
Concept · sample data
- No cash
Every peso is paid against a tow record that already exists. Nothing changes hands at the kerb or the gate, so there is nothing to negotiate there.
- Revenue
Storage fees stop being invisible. What is owed on the lot, what came in, and a tow count that has to match the cashier’s receipts.
- Space
Cars leave sooner. Owners hear on day one, not when the fees are already worth more than the motorcycle. The ones that stay are listed for auction, with the notices on record.
- Patterns
Where the tows happen. By street, hour and unit, so the next clearing operation goes where illegal parking actually is.
Part of Lantaw Ticket. A concept for discussion: nothing on this page is a live service, and every name, plate and amount is an example.
